Here is my meal plan for next week. This part of the challenge is complete

(Breakfast) (Snack 1) (Lunch) (Snack 2) (Supper)

Monday: (Oatmeal, Milk, Pluot) (Apple, Almond Butter) (Salad: Spinach, spring mix, tomato, Tuna, olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, pepper, A bit of cheese) (Thin sliced bagel, Garden veggie cream cheese) (Chicken, Asparagus, broccoli, brown rice (stir-fry))

Tuesday: (Oatmeal, Milk, Pluot) (Apple, Almond Butter) (Salad: Spinach, spring mix, tomato, Tuna, olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, pepper, A bit of cheese) (Thin sliced bagel, Laughing cow cheese wedge) (Marinated steak strips, baked potatoes, corn on cob?)

Wednesday: (Oatmeal, Milk, Pluot) (Apple, Almond Butter) (Salad: Spinach, spring mix, tomato, Tuna, olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, pepper, A bit of cheese) (Thin sliced bagel, Laughing cow cheese wedge) (Homemade pancakes, low sodium bacon, eggs, orange juice)

Thursday: (Oatmeal, Milk, Pluot) (Apple, Almond Butter) (Salad: Spinach, spring mix, tomato, Tuna, olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, pepper, A bit of cheese) (Thin sliced bagel, Laughing cow cheese wedge) (Homemade chicken alfredo w/ whole grain noodles, asparagus & mushrooms)
Friday: (Oatmeal, Milk, Pluot) (Apple, Almond Butter) (Salad: Spinach, spring mix, tomato, Tuna, olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, pepper, A bit of cheese) (Thin sliced bagel, Almond Butter) (Hamburgers w/ lettuce, tomatoes, crispy baked potatoes)

Saturday: (Omelet (1 egg & 1 egg white), mushrooms, tomatoes, crushed low sodium bacon) (Salad: spring mix, tomato, chicken, olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, pepper
A bit of cheese) (Leftovers of some sort) (Pork chops, potatoes, salad)

Sunday: (Eggs, red potatoes, low sodium bacon) (Salad: spring mix, tomato, Tuna, olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, pepper, A bit of cheese) (Leftovers of some sort) (Chicken, broccoli & potatoes)
