I wrote this when I started using Spark People this summer, but have not posted it till now

Doctor Oz Says....

Doctor Atkins says...

The lady down the street says....

Well it doesn't matter what one individuals says. What works for one person may not work for another.

Well I have a goal to get down to 140 pounds. I am about 160 but I have not weight myself lately.

My lifestyle is a busy one and my food choices are not the wisest ones. I never seem to have the time to make something to take to work with me. Then I always have the option of raiding the vending machines or stopping at McDonalds or some other fast food chain.

I am currently a size 12. I have a pair of pinstriped pants that I love. They are a size eight and would like to get back into them.

I do go to planet fitness. This is a great place to work out at bt I need the motivation to go on a more consistent schedule.

So if I can improve on my nutrition and get motivated to work out more, I can possibly be back in those size eights.
