It is up to me..routines the key to FREEDOM

Saturday, September 29, 2012

I don't need to make excuses I just need to do it and do it day after day after day, until it is like breathing to me.

It does not have to be hard, once a routine is established. '

ROUTINES save us from thinking, they save us from making the tough daily choices.

They are boring, they are predictable...UNTIL you realize they free you!

If you get this stuff out of the way: eating, exercise, drinking the water and do not put any more thought into it..I mean really how many of us focus on breathing, or even getting up and grabbing a cup of coffee? We just do it.

If we stop focusing and fussing on this we can expand our minds and start doing more creative things. Get the exercise out of the is ONLY 60 minutes or whatever you pick.

My house practically cleans itself I am so set in routines to do it. :) I NEVER thought that would and flylady made it happen and now it is done without me noticing. I CAN DO THIS!
