B-Day and after B-day binge.

Those last 2 days havent been the best of me. First no workouts as something funny happened to my back cant bend :)
Then yesterday was my B-day and was supposed to be the last day of sugar for me. So I literally ate nothing but my B-day cake and some other cakes all day. I was so stuffed with it that I got some liver pains... And what do I do today just after I wake up? A healthy breakfast? NOPE :( just another piece of cake, lol, no pun intended.
Then I ate healthy breakfast. Then took a tiny piece of B-ay cake....

Ive been feeling hungry ALL DAY LONG.

I feel its a pretty bad way to start another day :)
I dont think I will weight myself in the next few days/weeks, Im too scared.

On the good side. I finally managed to find a local, raw buckwheat honet to help me with my anemia and weak bones. I hope it will help... and its the only sweetness I plan to have, asid of some xylitol.
