Today I had fun creating the me I intend to be and have started to become...
My future self:
With food, body:
• I eat until hara hachi bu
• I eat seated, slowly and mindfully for every meal and snack, easily and effortlessly.
• I take very small bites and I chew them 20-30x/each.
• I’m relaxed about food.
• When I’m in social functions, the focus is on the people, helping and connecting with others, not on the food.
• I’m at 113 pounds and I’m here to stay, easily, effortlessly.
• I exercise daily because I love it and I get 15000 steps or more!
• I am easily, effortlessly and permanently healthy and fit.
• I love myself unconditionally and fully.
With my life and relationships:
• I’m joyful! I’m smiling! I’m in the moment, easily and effortlessly.
• I get lots of hugs, love and laughs.
• I’m more energetic, alive, happy, easily and effortlessly.
• I make my friends and family happy.
• People want to be around me.
• I’m open to life.
• I have wonderful social plans, but in a simple way.
• I see good friends for quality time and we have fun.
• I meditate, do EFT, journal, and renew regularly.
• I listen to great podcasts.
• When I feel tense, I breathe, hug, take a walk, listen to podcasts, talk to a friend, redo/predo, write in my journal.
• I think before speaking and I carefully choose my words and tone EASILY and EFFORTLESSLY!
• When I have a different POV or a need to be met, I share it calmly and with love.
• I speak respectfully, with loving kindness, and this is easy and effortless.
• I’m flexible and have a sense of humor.
• My husband, daughter, family, friends, colleagues and students see me in this way.
• I love myself unconditionally and fully.
