Using my fitness center pass

I knew that I would never use a gym pass to one of the larger gyms - it's just too overwhelming to me. So I got a membership at my local rec center that has a walking track and cardio/weight equipment. I have been going 4-5 times a week and have now been brave enough to use some of the cardio machines. I am so silly but I really don't like doing something if I don't feel comfortable - and I don't like asking questions - makes for a bad combo, I know emoticon But I finally got a handle on the cross trainers and I love them. I was mainly using the walking track before, wanting to gradually work my way up to running, but running just hurts my knees a little too much. Once I got my rhythm the crosstrainer was so fun and I felt like I was running without pain.

I feel the same way when I go to the gym sometimes I have question but get to afraid to ask anyone. emoticon
