My worst time of the day is any time after 10 pm. I don't watch a lot of TV but when I do it is always around 10 pm - midnight. This is my worst time of the day as I am hungry and crave a snack. It isn't that I eat a lot but it is late at night and I know that is what keeps the weight on. BUT at the same time when I look at what I eat for the entire day I am not sure I eat enough. That is even what my cardiologist says also. So how do I get the weight to come off? How do I get over the late night hungers?
