I'm exhausted. So here's Day 1 in a nutshell:

Group stretch
2.6 mile run
5 rounds of full contact sparring
Kicking drills
10 forms
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Wall sit
300 bag kicks

...and I did it!

    ROCK ON woman! Sounds like a great test! It was awesome watching you graduate today. I missed your final form but saw your breaking and the rest. That belt looks AWESOME on you! I can't wait to train with you as black belts! WOO HOO! :) Congratulations!
