What do you do for wellness? For example, to increase emotional, spiritual, or intellectual well-being? "
My horses and boxers are what keep me emotionally well :) Very very important to be emotionally checked into life. Every time I see an ad on tv for some medication to make you better able to "handle life" I think if they could buy a horse they wouldnt need those pills. Same result but you can ride a horse!
