This is me in those smaller jeans I wore in August, with an XL shirt now. It's a little snug, but not too snug to not wear out, my grandparents saw my progress after wearing this shirt, especially since my grandmother never saw the shirt before.
The beige jeans were tight at one point.
This is my eggplant parmesan. Notice the mushroom on the napkin? I don't like mushroom texture so I removed it from the sauce.
I'd post the beet but I didn't like the beet, therefore don't want to waste the time uploading the beet. I like using the beet as a noun though.
Tonight's Swordfish Dinner with grilled potatoes and onions, with Green beans, corn and garlic bread. If you haven't had it (swordfish), then have it :-P
Today I took my grandmother grocery shopping again ($280 split between three stores(!)), and I may be trying a Butternut squash tomorrow for dinner. I got a few Bosc Pears even though I believe they're a winter fruit, an orange which I had today, and some other fruits to have during the week. As well as some vegetables (my grandmother is loving this new trying vegetables kick I'm in right now :-P)
I also tried the Fiber One Cookie Brownie, and I'll try the Fiber One Brownie tomorrow. I forgot how sweet traditional chocolate was, so each chocolate chip bite was a little bit of heaven. In addition to the fiber ones, I also got regular captain crunch cereal (yeah yeah, the sugar), I kinda feel like a 5-10 year old today... and it didn't help when I got a lunchables as well (it was on sale), I ate it cold like old times, but I think it would be better warmed in the microwave.
My rainbow fruit/vegetable list today is as follows:
Green: Green Beans, Celery (maybe half a serving?)
White: Onion, Potato
Yellow/Orange: Corn, Orange, Carrot (maybe half a serving if that)
Tomorrow it should be at least as follows:
Green: Parsley (taboule)
Yellow: Butternut Squash
Tomorrow I think I'm going to run, I miss it, I miss it, I miss it, I miss it (throwback!). I'm wondering if my left foot gets sore from driving in the car? I noticed that today. I tried stretching my leg out in the car while my right foot was working the gas/break pedals, usually I cramp it up close to the seat, but I found a spot near the pedals that looks to be a foot rest. (is any of this description making sense?) My foot can relax instead of being cramped while driving now. I can't seem to stop sitting while on my tip toes or rolling my foot and having the side of my feet on the ground. Anyway, I can't wait to see my running speed and I hope I'll feel okay going back to it. I also hope it'll help the scale go down a little further this week!
