thanks SP for the article on Interval training. I workout with P90X and P90X2, run and bike but I also have turbo fire DVDs that i bought a few years ago. I don't / didn't think I liked them all that much. a little to dancie for someone with two left feet. Anyway after reading the article I thought what the He$$ change it up today. I put the 25 min Hiit DVD in. WEll I rocked it, had fun( if I couldn't do the move I just made up mine own) had a blast and here is the amazing part drum roll please.... I burned 175 calories in 25 min woo hoo . That's about what I burn doing P90 and that's about an hour. Oh don't get me wrong I won't stop working out with P90 ( changed the way my body looks and feels ) but I will surely be added in a Hiit DVD now and again. Thanks again SP for helping me become more than I ever dreamed I could be inside and out!!! emoticon
