I have been super busy the last week but wanted to share my success. Last week I had my 6 week fitness evaluation with the Trainer and was thrilled to have improved in EVERY area. She was very pleased too but now I have to keep going and see if I can reach even further toward my overall goals and then maintain over time. I reduced weight and inches and increased my strength and cardio endurance. I just got back my health assessment as well from the insurance company and was able to meet or improve on all those metrics as well. I have about 10 more pounds to lose to meet my goal and then as we move in to the holidays will have to work hard to maintain and not slip back in to old habits. My DH just decided last week that he also wants to lose some weight as he has been having back pain and going to the doctor for that. With us working on this together I hope we can both improve our overall health.
