I never thought using weights and resistance bands would be so fun. What a feeling it is to feel your body get stronger. My muscles are pretty sore but in a great way.
I am still having trouble with Chest and Back---mainly the pushups, as my arm
strength isn't there yet but i am sure i will be able to do a few in time.
One thing i dislike is Yoga. My arms are not strong enough to hold poses for 90 mins. I much prefer to do any cardio workout than yoga!!
Well i am off to do pylo... wish me luck..
