I never thought using weights and resistance bands would be so fun. What a feeling it is to feel your body get stronger. My muscles are pretty sore but in a great way.

I am still having trouble with Chest and Back---mainly the pushups, as my arm
strength isn't there yet but i am sure i will be able to do a few in time.

One thing i dislike is Yoga. My arms are not strong enough to hold poses for 90 mins. I much prefer to do any cardio workout than yoga!!

Well i am off to do pylo... wish me luck..

    I love getting these reports on how things are going. With how hard you're working I suspect we'll soon be hearing how strong your arms have gotten. It's funny I love yoga, I suck at it but I love how I can feel the improvement in my flexibility since I started doing it. Keep us posted on those arms! hehe
