Trying to get back on track

I have been completely thrown off by all the changes in my life and I haven't been treating myself very well. I haven't really been eating good foods and my exercising has been cut down to a minimum. Now that we are all settled in at the new house I am really trying to get into a new routine. We went to the store today and I have a pretty good menu planned for the next couple days so that should be good.
This week I finally started exercising again. I have been trying to find some good walking paths to take my dogs on in my new area. At least we are getting out and going though. I even did some strength training yesterday, although I started at the beginning of my program again since it has been so long since I have done it. I also went for my first bike ride tonight in a very long time. I can't really swim anymore since it is starting to get really cold in our pool, so I had to find something else to do. My legs kind of feel like jello right now, but I figure I will get better at it.
Slowly but surely I am starting to get back on track. It has just taken me a bit to get motivated I guess. I am just hoping that I am back now. I have still been losing weight, but I really don't want to back track and gain weight! I just have to take it a day at a time.
