I Ate soooo muuucchh Spaghettiiiis!

And I forgot to take a photo of it. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

No, this wasn't a binge. I had a normal serving of Spinach Spaghetti at 210 calories, and a Spaghetti squash. I ate it with butter, salt and pepper, but I'd probably prefer it better with pasta sauce in the future. The texture was a little off and the strings weren't as perfect as I was hoping for, but I think I'd recommend it in the future to people.

I got my rainbow in today as well (I had a hard time justifying the white today I woke up at 2 *feel free to hate me, I hate myself a little bit after realizing this :-P*, but I had a sandwich with a potato I microwaved in the oven), not the healthiest vegetable, but it counts.

Red - Tomato Sauce, Tomato, Apple (tonight)
Green - Lettuce (romaine), Green Beans
White - Potato
Yellow/Orange - Spaghetti Squash (Thanks for the heads up Spark Friends!)
Blue/Purple - Eggplant, Grapes (tonight)

I did a kickboxing workout today with Coach Nicole. I really don't like staring at my computer screen of the TV when I workout, but I completed my cardio workout challenge. I didn't do a real jumping jack though, because jumping up and down in my room causes everything to shake in the house, our floors just aren't meant for jumping. :-P So I did a modified one. My knee felt a little "weird" but it may be from doing knee push ups. I'm wondering if I should switch to wall? It would make my push up routine a whole lot easier (not that that's that much of a good thing). I'm excited to start running again on Saturday!

I also decreased my water intake yesterday from 30 cups (on Tuesday) to 17 again (on Wednesday) and I lost that 2 pounds I had gained, so it definitley took a long time for my body to get rid of that fluid. How's that for water weight? I still stand by the point that 8 cups is not enough for everyone, regardless of thirst, your body uses it as a necessity.

I only have 20 fitness minutes right now this week. Feels so wrong :-P

Spaghetti and spaghetti squash...it's a good thing! Very yummy with sauce! My family has a custom about spaghetti. Whenever it rains...we say it's a "spaghetti day". When we were growing up as kids, we KNEW that if it rained, we would have spaghetti for dinner that night! We're all adults now, and we still do that!!

Nice on getting some yummy squash, you could also cut it up in pieces and add it to your spaghetti sauce too :)

You can do it, and as you saw first hand, water is a big part of it. Good luck. emoticon
