at least nine months before i start losing weight again lol

Well after a simple fling durring the break between summer and fall semester...has led to me being 6 weeks prego! It deff wasnt planned and i have to say i always thought id be married and be done with college first but there is gonna be a baby! The dad is happy he hopes its a girl because he already has a son from his marriage. wow im still in shock lol

    congrats! Being a mom is wonderful. I wish you an easy, pleasant pregnancy. But I would very strongly discourage you to "give up" on your efforts to remain/become healthy and fit during pregnancy. I gained 65 lbs while pregnant (and was already about 170 lbs) and am struggling to lose it. There is absolutely NO reason to stop taking care of yourself during pregnancy- in fact, baby = the best reason of all! Your doctor can recommend effective, safe exercises that you can and probably should do until baby arrives!

I basically didn't exercise at all and had a horrible, exhausting labor due to the fact that I was mildly sedentary for 9 months...don't let that happen to you!

  Congratulations. If you do plenty of walking during your pregnancy, and gentle exercise, you'll be ready to start losing weight again after the baby is born. Meanwhile, you've started on a wonderful adventure - enjoy.
