I can has it?
So today, at lunch, my friend brought in hummus with cucumbers, and my jaw hit the floor. I LOVE chips and dip, in fact, it may very well be the one food I could eat forever without getting tired of it. But I'd basically relegated it to the 'never-gonna-happen' corner along with all things fried.
After seeing this amazing looking concoction, I drove to Food Lion and picked up the best looking cucumber I could find, a bag of tiny-twists low-fat pretzels, an avocado, and a container of Sabra classic hummus, and boy, oh boy, did I go to TOWN on those snacks!
I ate the equivalent of probably 1500 calories worth of chips and dip, but since it was cucumber, hummus, pretzels, and avocado, it was less than 600 calories! I just turned the snacks into my dinner! (My plan is 2200-2500, though I usually come in between 1800-2100) I was very excited.
