Last night I was not ready to go to bed. Usually I am so exhausted by the time I'm done with putting my lil' monsters to bed... I'M done. I typically stay up another hour or so, but half the time I wind up falling asleep until the Hubs wakes me & sends me to bed .
As I glanced at the clock last night, I was shocked that I was still up. What the.... And I'm not even tired? I made myself go to sleep anyway, but It got me wondering: What did I do right last night? Was it that I took my Iron Supplement later in the day (right before dinner)? Was it that I actually hit the protein levels suggested by Spark People? Or... was it, as the Hubby suggested jokingly, that Treme (the HBO Series we just watched) was THAT good? I do love all the music in the show.
But, seriously, I think I may need to try one without the other for a few days to find the answer.
