Speaking of workouts, I got a great one in this morning. The midweek challenge was a fitness test of 7 exercises; I used them to create a HIIT workout. Boy, it almost kicked my butt! Haha! Here are my stats, in the order that I completed the workouts:
150 step ups - 4:02mins
Squats in 1 min - 36
Pushups in 1 min - 23 (military and knees...I got tired)
Crunches in 1 min - 47
Plank - 1 min
Arms held out to the sides at shoulder height - 3:12 mins
Mountain climbers in 2 mins - 70 (unless you count each side, then 140)
*1 min cooldown between each
finally a nice 5 min stretch...this part felt so good. :)
Total: 25 mins
While I was working out the neighbors dogs wanted to come play. I went to a stairwell where there is a nice (almost)1 foot high step, this is what I use for step ups. I just stayed in the entry way for the rest b/c it's on the back side of the building and goes into a bunch of trees so no one uses it.

Oh, I want to thank this great Spark community for giving me confidence to push beyond where I believe I can go. Yesterday I uploaded an eBook to Kindle...very scary, but I had the confidence to do it. Once I pushed the publish button all my butterflies flew away. This is such a great supportive community
