My Motivation for Today

Week 3 of BLC Day 2
I have lost 1.6 pounds which is huge for me, but I am going to step it up to try to lose more.
I am already doing 2000 fitness mintues a month.

So I am going to try going back to South Beach Diet. I am still determined to succeed, and hope this will be the kick my scale needs.

    Good luck with your South Beach Diet or "new way of eating" (I dislike the word diet). Changing up your routine is a great way to keep you off of that plateau. emoticon on your 1.6 lb loss! emoticon
