My Motivation for Today

Week 3 of BLC Day 2
I have lost 1.6 pounds which is huge for me, but I am going to step it up to try to lose more.
I am already doing 2000 fitness mintues a month.
So I am going to try going back to South Beach Diet. I am still determined to succeed, and hope this will be the kick my scale needs.
