I signed up for the Fall 2012 5% Challenge and I can't WAIT for it to start! So much so, that I'm already working on getting back in my groove so I can really make it happen this time! I requested to be a Firecracker again.
I commit to at least 30 minutes minimum of cardio exercise 6 days a week along with Pilates 2-3 times/week for strength and flexibility. Cardio will be mainly walking outside and/or with my Leslie DVD's, hiking and maybe some Zumba.
My diet will be a healthy one with lots of fresh fruits and veggies, lean protein and less carbs.
I plan to support my team by posting all my exercise points and LTGL goals. I will at least stop by for a quick hi as often as I can, longer chats when possible. I will weigh in as required and read and comment on blogs when I can.
