Ladder of torture

So at some point this week, most likely tomorrow morning, I am going to do the unthinkable.

I asked my friend (and I am asking you guys - covering my bases here and on my status) to give me intense arm and leg workouts.

Her suggestion? Try the CrossFit Ladder of Torture.

What is that you ask? Well...

25 squats
100 lunges
50 squats
75 lunges
75 squats
50 lunges
100 squats
25 lunges

No, there were no typos in that. Yes, I double-checked. I am CONVINCED that it is ALL mind over matter. Now, will my thighs be broken? Yes. Almost guaranteed. But the word "torture" is in there, so what does one really expect? And I asked for it. I just cringe because I think about how bad I want to cuss whenever I have to do 30 lunges on each leg. Someone out there has done this before, though. Multiple people, even, so I know I can too! And if I don't do it all the first time, there will be a day where I work up to the point where I can. But I'm definitely not going to quit until that day comes. HOPING I can push through my mental and finish it all the first time, even if it induces tears.

Anyone gonna try it? emoticon
