The Breakfast that Lasts & Lasts...

Today's breakfast was amazing! I was quite full when finished, enjoyed every bite, and wasn't hungry for 3 hours. (And even then, I wasn't really hungry...but I knew to eat to keep my metabolism revved!)

Here's the recipe - give it a try!

1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries
1/3-1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 banana, sliced
1/2 cup Kashi Cocoa Beach granola

Mix it all together and let it sit just a couple minutes so the sugar on the granola dissolves in the yogurt and sweetens it. The granola will still have some crunch.

It's around 400 calories and 18 grams of protein! If you need a smaller calorie dose, you can shave 115 by cutting the granola in half.
