Today I learned something! My blue water bottle isn't just 4 cups like I've been assuming. I kinda knew this because I filled it up past the highest marking that says "32oz", but I didn't know that I filled it up as high as 1.5 cups extra(!) That means instead of 23 cups of water, I drank about 29 cups of water. And today I'm not at 8, I'm at like 12. I'm trying to curb my water intake a little because I was 3lbs heavier this morning. I must not be able to pee that much in 8 hours :-P So FYI, water is great for your health... not 30+ cups of it. :-P
I tried beets today. I didn't like them. I ate it, but I tried each slice differently, one with salt/pepper, one with garlic, and one with honey. (yeah... a little odd, but it was the way I preferred it not because it made the beet good... but because it masked the taste of the beet.) I got the "sweet" taste to it, but it was both sweet and bitter. I'm not a fan of that. Stuff either needs to be sweet or savory. No in between for me lol
I also had all the colors of foods today for BLC 16! Other that that, I may go for a walk tomorrow, but I should definitely be running Saturday!
