In the last week I actually lost that lb. I'm hoping to keep doing that each week. Will take me awhile to get to I want to be weight wise, but in the end it will be worth it. I need to find alternative methods of working out. The walks are great, but my hips don't want to move that much lately and back has been bothering me. I think I need to start the pilates and work up to something that works me more.
