I can't seem to get excited about anything. I find my diet frustrating, my marathon training time consuming, my commute oppressive, my job uninspiring, ..... and I suffer from an overall lack of sleep and time in the day, .... and I feel like I need to force myself to care about anything.

plus, I'm always freakin' hungry.

    Sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. I agree with what everyone else said. Start small and take it from there. You can only do so much at a time.
