My second adventure in canning...Cinnamon Stewed Peaches, and this one is clearly the family fave!! Once again, the fruit came, courtesy of the Washington State Fruit Commission. They sent me a box of the ripest, juiciest, most intoxicating peaches, as part of their CanBassador program. In exchange, I agreed to try my hand at canning and preserving (assisted by the wealth of resources that they provide on their website, Sweet Preservation), and blog about my results.
