Don't really feel like blogging but SparkCoach has it as a requirement today. What can I do to keep with program, to stay motivated?
1. Commit to making small changes (at least 10 minutes of exercise a day)
2. Commit to logging into SP every day
3. Comment on the pages and progress of others, "spread the Spark". Research shows that those involved in the community tend to lose more weight.

Yes, I am in a slump. I am approaching the highest weight I've ever been. I have allowed myself to be a "victim" of the pettiness and immaturity of some of the people that work with....ahhhhh. Need to refocus and do what I know if right for me. Thanks SC for the assignment. Time to get up, do house work, and then exercise (oh yes, make that home cooked healthy meal too!)

    well one thing is that you have willingess and you want to be healthy because you would of not blog today, glad you did
