So far so good. I'm really trying to be mindful of my eating and I'm shocked at how many times I would take a bite here or there and not even think about it.
The scale says I'm down 2 lbs, but I'm not getting too excited yet. I know it fluctuates a lot so I try not to obsess, but I'm proud of myself for trying to be more aware. I'd like to end September feeling like I've made even a little progress, so I need to stay mindful.
