does anyone have the directions for microwave cake in a cup using cake mix? I saw it on someone's page one time and now I lost it.
Thanks,

I searched for "recipe + microwave cake in a mug" and got 119,000,000 results.
Check some of these out. However, I agree with Jeannie that you would definitely find it on the Hungry Girl website.

I don't have one in front of me, but check the Hungry Girl website. I think that is one of her trademark recipes. Good luck!! Jeannie

This is a "scratch" cake, not a mix, but it would fill the bill if the cake mix one doesn't turn up. One benefit of this cake is that you could get a calorie count by adding up all the ingredients:
5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

4 tablespoons flou r

4 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa

1 egg

3 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons oil

3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)

a small splash of vanilla extract

1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.

Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 10 00 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
