back on the wagon

so I'm back... this is so annoying.. I need to stay on this time. emoticon I am so tired of getting on only to fall off again. I need to get healthy and at my current weight that is not happening... I need to make myself exercise. I need to buy the time from other activities to exercise. The fact is my weight as gone up right along with my blood pressure... I want to be around for a long time and enjoy life while I have it to live.

    I too am back after not exercising and eating whatever I wanted for almost a year. So far I have been back to four days - no alcohol and completing my 30 minute workouts first thing in the morning. Right now I feel great and I just have to remember what it is that has me feeling this way. Find out what works for you and stick to it. Focus on the change you want and the steps that will get you there! You can do it!!!
