Well, although I have been eating alright, I haven't been working out half as much as I should be. With no efforts at strength training. Today, I'm going to the gym and its going to happen. I'm also going to weigh myself, which I haven't done in a few weeks (yes, I was afraid!)
I've also been drinking and smoking this week, which is how I got out of shape so badly to begin with. I've got to stop! I want to stop! So today, I'm making the goal that I will be healthy today. One day at a time.
