Basically, I rambled about me for 12 minutes... plus a really cool story about my workout today. I really don't expect anyone to listen to the whole thing, but if you do, please comment!

I love Runkeeper! I have my mile training set up in the workouts so I can train for distance instead of time and it keeps me going. I use 8tracks for music and I just go out and walk/jog around my neighborhood. You might also check out Zombies, Run. Its $7.99 but there's a whole storyline and you get to outrun zombies. Well, if you're Jen, you outrun them. If you're me, you end up dropping supplies and sometimes you fall down.

Mason and I struggle the same with me ready to go now, and he's ready to start at New Years. He wants to have the same snacks as always, and I try to be healthy. Such a pain, but I'm trying to learn to deal with it. Mason needs to gain 50 pounds, sooo it's interesting at snack time around here.

I'm glad you're trying to make good choices, and I know how hard it is when you want your family to be healthy too. Make a healthy meal, if they won't eat it, I guess they'll starve now won't they ;) I'm kidding of course. I hope you have an amazing rest of the week and weekend

HOLLY!!!! You have four months exactly to lose a lot of weight!! Don't let your gf get you to wait! What you're doing at work with the small breakfast and small lunch and then a bigger dinner is ok... that's what I do and it works for me. Just watch your dinner portions, skip any additional breads/sides and you will see the scale move! You could lose 40 pounds in four months if you keep it up and start going to the gym a couple times a week! I have faith in you and you obviously want to do it, so DO IT!!! You're gonna have so much fun in Mexico!! emoticon

Yay running! Runkeeper on Android ftw! You can also create workouts for yourself, it's what I use for my 10k training. And you can look at your map trail after you're done and it'll tell show you your running route, it's saved every run I've done since March, and I recently made a profile on their website!

Fun fact: If you beat your average pace by 3 minutes, that means you ran that second 5 minutes at a 16 minute speed. If you weren't running down a hill for 5 whole minutes, then you were running it even faster down that hill! :-D

At first I thought the guy in the truck was going to open the door whacking you in the face whilst running down the hill... I'm glad that didn't happen!

I used to use Grooveshark, now I just import a few tunes from my Itunes onto my android, sadly, some of them don't work due to what type of file it is.

I think the wedding will be a great motivator! It helped me because I felt the same way and had about 4 months to prepare for my fathers wedding from my start date. It gave me something to work towards. Great blog and great run for the day!
