All of us have bad days. For example:
You're so busy you revert to old habits.
Those food tempations are just too great.
You feel tired, so you quit your program for a day or two.
Something happens in your life making your fitness efforts much less important.
These things happen to all of us - just don't get discouraged and give up. As I've said in previous blogs, remember the progress you've made and remember how hard it was to start over again when you gave up on a program in the past. Use exercise to help relieve the stress - even do it (in moderation) when you're tired. Just don't give up on yourself - you're worth the extra effort!
