I WENT TO WW YESTERDAY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE
- Now I have a method to "measure" food, that will help me on my eating.
- I was the smaller person in the room, that made feel good, really good, it's a feeling that I want to feel more often.
- I didn't like the speaker, it is not really something specific, I just didn't like him.
Breakfast: cereal with 2% milk
Snack: Strawberries and Raspberries
Lunch: Tacos from Taquerias Arandas (I didn't cook for this day), 1/2 coke
Snack: forgot to eat my afternoon snack
Dinner: Ground meat and little Mexican rice, three corn tortillas, water
No candy again (WooHoo!!!)
5:50 am 10 minutes Wii Fit Free Steps
9:30 am 15 minutes Walked 1 mile
3:00 pm 15 minutes Walked 1 mile
