Here I am, Daughter off the college and Hubby and I at home alone. This is the time to be very careful that I stay on track. Do not gain weight and work on my Food plans. I have been on Sensa, a sprinkle plan. It was a good plan. However I still need a journal and learn to have a good meal plan. I am coming back to SparkPeople to get this help. this is the only place I have found to be very helpful in the part of the walk to a new( or my old,young) body.
I have put in my weight and food intake. Notice I have made progress, although it was slow. With my Metabolism slower and at my young age of 58 it is a challenge to lose.
I am glad to be back and am thankful for the site.
