I know I need to drink half my body weight in ounces of water each day.
I know I need to get up early and do some cardio.
I know that I need to Juice.
I know I need to eat raw, whole foods.
I know that I need to strength train before cardio in the afternoon.
I know that I need to do at least 1 hour of exercise a day.
I know that if I want to lose big, I need to exercise at least 4 hours a day.
I know that if I exercise that much, I need to eat more, but still eat raw, whole foods and protein.
I know that I can have 1 craving meal each week.
I know that I have a food addiction.
I know that I need to cut out sugar completely.
I know that pre-packaged/boxed foods are poison for my body.
I know that fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs are the proper medicine and nutrition for my body.
I know never to give up.
I know that I need to take control.
So how is it, that someone can know just what they are supposed to do to make things happen, but have such a hard time making it happen?
I was sitting here in my dining room discouraged, and decided to make a list. I confirmed that I do know what I'm supposed to be doing. And hopefully by writing it all out it will provide me with more confidence :)
