The last couple weeks I was too lazy to be vigilant about tracking my nutrition. This week I'm making a point to get back into the habit, because I still am not very good at knowing how many calories a meal has if I don't plan portions in advance.
Positive updates: I am really enjoying my weight training so far. I think in another couple weeks I will make an new appointment with the gym's fitness trainer about adding a few more advanced exercises to my routine. My current one is just a basic circuit of their machines, but I'd like to add some free weights into it. I think that would help make the strength gains more 'balanced' than just narrow focus targeting each muscle group. Still, was starting practically from zero, so I do think it's beneficial for me to start out with something simple. Not to imply that it isn't challenging for my fitness level though. The circuit I do takes about 25-30 minutes, and I definitely can feel some improvements in the muscle tone in my arms already. :D
