    I love your progress vlogs. I just love all the trackers and planners on Sparkpeople as well. It has been a life changer for me. Tomorrow is one month of following through with my logging and staying in range. I still need to up my activity, but that will come. I am doing well and you are too!

    I just picked up the book from the library. I am hoping to have time to read some of it soon. I am having to study for huge exam for October 19 also.

    You are doing great! Preplanning your meals will make it so much simpler to stay on track. This is something I know I should do too, but I struggle with it. But your blog is a good reminder of the importance of making this lifestyle change as easy as possible.
