To continue the thread from last night, not only did I feel a bit too full after a late dessert, but I also had trouble sleeping. I turned off my light to go to sleep about 11:00, but midnight found me restless in bed with no sheep in sight. I ended up slinking into the bathroom (to avoid waking my honey) and jogging in place and doing squats just to burn off some of the sugar high. Weird, right?
So, lesson learned: eat dessert before 8pm (or not at all).
