Tracking my food journal is pretty easy as finding out this week really not eating allot. Been on the go after work. 55 minute cardio class this morning, another this evening for 55 minutes, walking this evening 2 hours and 7 minutes, did 6.42 miles. Got stuck at several traffice lights along university, a homeless woman who missed the bus. So an interesting night. Ostrich sticks are kind of growing on me, plus being 96 percent fat free, with only 80 calories.
