Where did Sept go?

Tuesday, September 25, 2012

It's already been a crazy month. It has been busy, busy, busy. I really don't know how people do it. I am finding it a bit hard to keep up with various projects we have. They are offering double pay at work and I can't even take it because I am spread so thin. I am not able to schedule enough sleep. I have to work on that one. I have been going to the gym though but need to start tracking again. I don't know how I got off that one. I've been irritable all week. I don't know if it is because of the lack of sleep or what but people are really getting on my nerves lately. Anyway, I am going to bed and hoping for a restful sleep and a very productive day tomorrow.

when i suddenly feel overwhelmed I find that if I schedule the day it makes it better. I include time to get where ever my appointment might be. I even have scheduled my sleep, my chores, my errands, time to help my son with his homework, making dinner, the gym. When I put it all in there is always not enough time. But then I realize, something has to give, and sleep, exercise and eating right can't be it. So I delegate, I ask family and friends for help.
From having my son help with dinner before I get home, to exercising while he does his homework.
I have a horrible time asking for help, but my health is more important.
And so is yours. Take care of you.

Hope you had a restful sleep. That is so important! I've been trying to "sleep in" by setting the alarm for 5:30 Am instead of 4:30. LOL But the cat has other ideas. Enjoy your day. emoticon
