Do you notice that after you have been dieting for a while, you aren't quiet as dedicated as you where in the past. Or you let yourself cheat a little.

I am there. It is so hard lately to not have that little snack. I am working really hard at not letting myself get to lax. Part of me says a little of something a day is'nt the end of the world. but a little something daily kind of is, even if i don't go over my limits.

Overall I think I am doing pretty good. I mean I am still watching what I eat a month later. So at least I am still conscious of what is going into my mouth, I just need to work at making better choices (don't we all though)

so I will continue to work on those things.

(i have to go because it is thundering loudly here, and my kids are going berserk)

    Maybe there is something you find yourself craving. Is there a healthy alternative? Hungry Girl has amazing recipes for things we might "miss"the food but not the calories.
