getting started

It is not easy. My head and my heart know this. But I need to do this. Problem is I have a health condition and my cardiologist does not want me to exersize BUT I need to lose weight. So he suggested I start by tracking what I eat. This this is how I am getting started.

    Congratulations on getting started! Tracking what you eat, and learning to make healthier choices is a great start. When your doctor says that you are able to exercise, you should check out the Chair Exercise Team. It's a wonderful team that's perfect for people with limited mobility and health conditions that won't allow for strenuous exercises. You'll have access to many many seated exercises. I have an autoimmune condition called Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, and I also have Early Degenerative Disc Disease, and on my bad days, I do seated exercises.
