I wake up earlier and getting more of a routine. Am not struggling so much with the eliptical. Am more positive and action oreinted overall. Noticed my legs are toning. Getting more interested in taking care of me and enjoying life as it comes.
I'm starting to sleep more at night and eat less!
Been in 4 weeks and am afraid to weigh myself even though I have been eating healthy and eating less. Time to get on the scale tomorrow and see if that has changed. If not I know life is still good!
