Today will be a quick update! :-O
Red - Apple, Apple, Tomato Sauce
Green - Celery, Green Beans
Yellow/Orange - Carrot, Corn
White - Potato
Blue/Purple - Eggplant
Today I did some push ups and crunches just to say that I did some exercise this week. I may actually do a 5k walk tomorrow or Thursday. My goal is to do 100 minutes of fitness a week to meet requirements for BLC 16 (I think that's the number at least?)
I made Eggplant Parmesan tonight. And I planned to eat half of the 8x8 dish of it, but I actually felt full after the first serving, so it cut my dinner calories in half. I'm about to drink my 17th cup of water for the day too I'm not sure I could imagine going back to 8 cups, just seems too surreal. :-P
