Time to Update

Its been a couple of days since I've blogged. I have to say I have been working out everyday, but not tracking my food. It's always one or the other. I'm going to get this right because I plan to be down 2 pounds this week.
I'm proud of myself for my 6:30am workouts. I'm even doubling it up on some days. We will see.
Oh... Did I tell you... I attempted 2 of the P90X video's... Omg they are really challenging. There's no way one cannot lose weight following their program. My entire body was sore all last week. It's a little bit too challenging for me. I have screws in one of my knee, so it hurts during the workouts. Maybe it's my extra weight as well. Hold on... It's that another excuse I'm making.. Hhhmmmmm. Okay let me rephrase my statement, even if my knee hurts, I need to take more breaks, but complete the entire DVD. (now that sounds better) I don't want to waste money on another DVD series.
