Insanity - Day 58

Max Cardio Conditioning & Cardio Abs - OK, definitely need to change it up a bit. I think I have this whole DVD memorized too. And since it's the shortest of the Max workouts, it makes it even shorter (if you can understand how that could be possible). I'm not just walking my way through these workouts either. I'm really working hard...it's just maybe boredom makes it less fun? I don't know. I will say that I felt my abdominals throughout the entire ab workout. I was able to do everything correctly this time and finished strong.

Another thing to say is that I will definitely continue to use these workouts periodically when I have a day where I want to throw something on, but I don't think I want to repeat the entire program again for a while. Maybe next year might work? I just need a change... I hope Asylum breaks me out of this funk!

    I know boredom got me a little towards the end of Insanity and I only did it once! Only a few more days!

    If possible Rev up your speed. I know thats the point every DVD but see if u can go FASTER!!! HAHA

I have only heard great things bout Insanity: Asylum Vol.1. Only 30 days so u know Shaun T has an a$$ wiping ready to pounce when you start.

    Boredom is a spirit killer. Gets me every time. Doesn't seem how hard I work, once I hit that point it is difficult. Seems that you are ending at the perfect time. Hope Asylum mixes it up enough for you Super Woman:)
