Max Cardio Conditioning & Cardio Abs - OK, definitely need to change it up a bit. I think I have this whole DVD memorized too. And since it's the shortest of the Max workouts, it makes it even shorter (if you can understand how that could be possible). I'm not just walking my way through these workouts either. I'm really working hard...it's just maybe boredom makes it less fun? I don't know. I will say that I felt my abdominals throughout the entire ab workout. I was able to do everything correctly this time and finished strong.
Another thing to say is that I will definitely continue to use these workouts periodically when I have a day where I want to throw something on, but I don't think I want to repeat the entire program again for a while. Maybe next year might work? I just need a change... I hope Asylum breaks me out of this funk!
