emoticon PUSH THAT TUSH -- Focus On Getting What You Want

Every so many weeks I hit a plateau
I know it's a loss of FOCUS
I know it's allowing myself too much slack
The calories stay pretty much within range but
my food choices aren't as good as they should be and
My progress stalls.

I'm a slow loser...and My metabolism is less than optimum.
I need to re-focus on strength training
and get back to being stricter with starches.

    Another great blog! Thank you Sheryl. I bookmarked the two websites you listed on metabolism and checking out calories because like you I am plateauing right now. Sometimes I think that is a good thing because my body gets used to the weight loss, adjusts itself and then I am ready to lose more. Alright......I am ready to lose more....... emoticon

    Thanks for the link to the metabolism. I am running late but have looked at it and book marked it for when i do have time.

Plateaus are ongoing --- too slow metabolism despite what I eat or exercise STUBBORN BODY !!!!
