PUSH THAT TUSH -- Focus On Getting What You Want
Every so many weeks I hit a plateau
I know it's a loss of FOCUS
I know it's allowing myself too much slack
The calories stay pretty much within range but
my food choices aren't as good as they should be and
My progress stalls.
I'm a slow loser...and My metabolism is less than optimum.
I need to re-focus on strength training
and get back to being stricter with starches.
