In essence, choice is the basis for life.

Beliefs are not facts. The basis for what we believe is our opinions when the belief creation occurred. That person at the time prior to the belief is the real you.

I create my beliefs.

My beliefs limit and control who I am. My beliefs control my life.

Therefore, I create my life!

So choose wisely. I am important. I am worthy. I am real. I am many things. Yet, I restrict who I am because I believe something not based in fact.
